White Chocolate Chip Cookie Easter Cups
I used the Original Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe (only I used white chocolate chips, my bf likes white chocolate), refrigerated the dough for a few hours, put them in cupcake tins (if you dont have linings, grease the pan!) used a spoon/my fingers to mould the dough in the cup shape (can get frustrating as the dough is very sticky), bake until knife comes out clean (took about 15 minutes for me, depends how much dough you use).
They will only slightly cave in at the middle, it won’t be an actual cookie cup really. I used frosting to keep chocolate eggs in place then decorated it with green frosting to make grass (used a piping bag with a small star tip). I found little sugar flowers to add a little extra. You can also make a second batch of these, make just plain cookies with the remaining dough, or freeze to use later.
